Crab & Cream Cheese Wonton (Crab Rangoon)

Step 1: Mix 2 blocks of room temperature cream cheese with 2 tsp powdered sugar, 2 tsp garlic powder, and 12oz of shredded imitation crab meat. Step 2: Add approximately 2 tsp of the crab blend to each wonton sheet. Seal the edges with water. Fold, pleat, and tuck both ends into the center. Step 3: Fry the wontons on high heat until golden. Serve and enjoy with sweet chili sauce or hot sauce.
