Bò Né (Vietnamese Steak and Eggs)

STEP 1: Marinade

- Cut rib eye steak into cubes. 

- In a bowl, combine the cubed steak with 1 tbsp of minced garlic, 2 tsp of Golden Mountain Seasoning Sauce, 2 tsp of dark soy sauce, 2 tbsp of oyster sauce, 1.5 tsp of sugar, and approx. 2 tbsp of sesame oil. 

- Refrigerate and marinade for a minimum of 60 mins.

STEP 2: Sauté Steak

- Bring 2 tbsp of oil to a pan on medium/high heat. 

- Add the marinated cubed steak and sauté for 3-5 mins along with bay leaves. 

- Set aside.

STEP 3: Bò Né

- To a cast iron pan, add 2 tbsp of oil on medium/high heat. 

- Add 4 eggs and cook over easy or sunny side up. 

- Once eggs are cooked as desired, set temperature to low/medium heat. 

- Add sliced red onions, the sautéed steak, pâté, grape tomatoes, scallions, and Thai chili peppers to the pan.
